Chickapoo Farm Wholesale Shipping & Delivery
Order Schedule
Wholesale ordering is open Friday through Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
All orders placed within this window will be fulfilled for the upcoming delivery.
Delivery Day
Wholesale deliveries are typically made on Wednesdays or Thursdays, depending on what we’re harvesting and overall order volume.
We’ll confirm your delivery day after your order is placed.
If you need a specific delivery day, just let us know when placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Delivery Fees
- Orders under $100: $15 delivery fee
- Orders $100 and over: Free delivery
Delivery Area
We currently offer local delivery within approximately 45 miles of Chickapoo Farm. If you are unsure whether you are within range, please reach out before placing your order.
Delivery Conditions
Someone must be available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery. If no one is present, we will leave the order in a safe, shaded location when possible, but we are not responsible for the condition of flowers once delivered.
Farm Pickup
Farm pickup may be available upon request. Pickup details will be arranged after your order is placed.
Weather & Farm Conditions
As a working farm, unexpected weather or crop conditions may occasionally impact availability. If this happens, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to provide suitable substitutions or adjustments.
